Wonder Goblin and Grizlli Atom first began collaborating on the Boogey Boy series in 2016. The goal was to make a boogeyman figure with interchangeable heads, so that a new boogeyman from a new geographical location could be represented with each new release. The first Boogey Boy design was an interpretation of the Latin American El Cuco.

Wonder Goblin sculpted the figure 12 inches tall in modeling clay. All of the appendages were sculpted separately to expedite the molding process. While sculpting was underway, they came up with an alternate Windigo idea from Algonquian folklore. Grizlli Atom’s design was modeled around the more traditional human representation, while Wonder Goblin modeled his design around the more modern depiction involving a deer’s skull. Mr. Goblin molded the original sculpts in silicone, and then cast up prototypes in resin. The prototypes were shipped off to a factory overseas early 2017, and production took over a year before seeing the first test pulls in vinyl. They managed to get a premiere release of El Cuco in Glow in the Dark soft vinyl just in time for Five Points Fest 2018.

For his final Boogey Boy release, he chose a personal favorite, KRAMPUS. He sculpted a brand new head and hand-cast them all in resin. He released a selection of one-offs and micro-runs on Krampusnacht 2019 via lottery. Afterwards, he retired the figure.
